All course bookings, payments must be done 10 days before the start of any courses.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that the delegate or company wishes to cancel from the course for which they have registered they will be held accountable for not notifying OHSA within 7 working days prior to the start of the course. Delegates have to notify OHSA by email or written letter of their intention to withdraw within the required timeframe. The responsibility for withdrawal from the course rests with the delegate or the company.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

In event the delegate or organisation wishes to withdraw from any programme for which they have registered. No refund will be granted after the 7 working day notice. No refund will be granted for part or fully completed courses. No refund will be granted if any course material has been downloaded from your qualifications.
